INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS:
For cruises special cancellation clause will be applied:

Up till 30 days prior to arrival – advance payment (EUR 150 per person) is non refundable
29-22 days - 25% - of the remaining balance
21-15 days - 50% - of the remaining balance
14-0 days - 100%

KATARINA LINE HIGHLY RECOMMENDS CLIENTS TO TAKE INSURANCE AGAINST CANCELLATION OF RESERVED SERVICES!

CHARTERS:
In case of cancellation Katarina Line reserves the right to keep the following amounts of the total price:

Up till 10 weeks prior to departure – advance payment (EU 2,000 – 5,000 per week depending on number of berths) is not refundable
till 8 weeks - 25% - of the remaining balance
till 7 weeks - 50% - of the remaining balance
till 6 weeks - 75% - of the remaining balance
till 4 weeks - 100%

KATARINA LINE SUGGESTS CLIENTS BUY INSURANCE AGAINST CANCELLATION IN CASE OF ILLNESS OR OTHER UNEXPECTED REASONS FOR CANCELLATIONS!
